Kingland Systems Corporation selected Henkel Construction Company and Accord Architecture for the design and renovation of its Clear Lake facility. In an overall renovation of the facility, Henkel and Accord were tasked with designing and constructing a gymnasium, locker rooms, a fitness room, game room, and a golf simulator area. In addition, a top-tier recording studio and video production studio were also key components of the project.
