The Mason City Community School District awarded renovation work at John Adams Middle School to Henkel Construction. The project was a huge renovation of the facility. Work involved installation of new windows, doors, and insulation. New mechanical, electrical, and heating and cool systems were also installed along with new lighting and a sprinkler system. Tuck pointing of the building’s brick, which was showing wear, was also included in the project.
