City Hall Building, Polk City (Design-Bid-Build)

Polk City in needed to revitalize its city hall and community center. The new 2-story Design-Bid-Build facility space is larger and more efficient than their former location, to better serve the growing Central Iowa community. It features: • A public lobby and staff offices • A community room that accommodates up to 180 • Flexible council chambers with a movable partition wall to enhance flexibility of the space • Exterior-access public restrooms for guests visiting the square • Parks & Rec storage and room for future growth This dynamic facility will meet both current and future needs.
