Fairmeadows Elementary – Storm Shelter and Renovation, West Des Moines (Design-Bid-Build)

This Design-Bid-Build West Des Moines Community School District project consists of classroom renovations, a FEMA-rated storm shelter, gymnasium addition, cafeteria upgrade, and substantial sitework, including parking lot expansion and storm water retention. We also had another music room addition on the back side of the building. This Central Iowa multi-phased job lasted over 2 years, all while keeping school in session and operational.
