Henkel Construction Company delivered design-build services for a multi-phased renovation and addition project for First Citizens Bank’s West Branch location in Mason City. The project included renovations to three entry vestibules, the drive-under canopy, and over 32,000 square feet of space within the bank. Interior renovations were designed to help enhance security and also optimize the flow of traffic and productivity within the bank. The overall visual appeal of the bank was enhanced by combining the original modern design of the bank with local prairie school design precedents. Henkel was able to help minimize disruption to First Citizens Bank’s ability to service customers by completing the project in phases.
