Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center, Cedar Falls (CMaR)

This signature performing arts hall seats up to 1,680 guests on 3 levels. The CMaR project features state of the art rigging, lighting/audio systems, and an orchestra pit. The North Iowa project adds patron amenities to the building, including a large lounge to host events, patron lounge, new box office, additional restrooms, relocated/renovated office suite, concession area, and catering space. Within the existing building, our renovations included replacing both the seats in the Great Hall and the exterior curtain wall.
