Henkel Construction Company completed a Dryer Support Structure for Zinpro Corporation at their facility located in Garner, Iowa.
The project included removal of an existing roof structure, preparing concrete foundations, and construction of a new steel structure to house a new titanium steel dryer and associated equipment. One interesting note is that the dryer had to be shipped from China, and much of the project scheduling revolved around receiving the dryer. The dryer had to be lowered down within the framework of the new 60’ tall steel structure. The scope of the project was expanded to include a packaging area.
