Kingland Systems Corporation, Clear Lake (Design-Build)

Kingland Systems Corporation selected Henkel Construction Company and Accord Architecture for the Design-Build design and renovation of its Clear Lake facility. In an overall renovation of the North Iowa facility, Henkel and Accord were tasked with designing and constructing a gymnasium, locker rooms, a fitness room, game room, and a golf simulator area. In addition, a top-tier recording studio and video production studio were also key components of the North Iowa project.
