Lake Pin and Play: Clear Lake (Design-Build)

Located in the Historic Surf District, Lake Pin & Play features a full-service bar and grill, six lanes of bowling, an action-packed arcade, and all-sports simulators. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life and promote economic development in our region. The existing building was in disrepair for a period of time and the Henkel-Accord Design-Build team brought it back to life! It is exciting to see adaptive reuse of a building in a location that can really contribute to the fabric of the community.
