Mahaska Health Partnership, Oskaloosa (CMa)

Mahaska Health Partnership hired Henkel Construction to provide construction management services for its Surgery and Patient Wing Addition and Renovation Project. The 52,000 square foot North Iowa CMa project consists of a new surgery/endoscopy/obstetrics suite and main entrance on the ground level. In addition, the project features 25 larger private patient rooms on the upper floor. The project also involves significant site improvements including new parking areas, a drop-off canopy, and landscaping.
