Music Man Square, Mason City (CMaR)

Music Man Square is a centerpiece in downtown Mason City, Iowa. Henkel Construction’s value engineering and cost input were instrumental in the success of this project. The center includes a public meeting room, reception and stage areas as well as an authentic streetscape with varied storefronts from the Music Man era.
