Newman Catholic — High and Middle Schools: Mason City (General Contractor)

Henkel Construction delivered a comprehensive, multi-phased expansion and renovation of Newman High School — we completed while the school remained fully operational. The the General Contractor project modernized key learning environments including classrooms, corridors, science labs, the cafeteria, library, and administrative areas. New construction added a larger gym, two secure entrances, and improved circulation through new connecting corridors. Upgrades included new air conditioning systems, enhanced lighting, and electrical improvements throughout the facility. In partnership with school leadership, we prioritized student safety and minimized disruption, ensuring a smooth experience for staff and students alike.
