Northwest Bank, Ames (Design-Build)

Accord Architecture and Henkel Construction Company were hired to design and build this beautiful new Northwest Bank building in Ames. A great success, the Central Iowa project was finished both under budget and a month early. The design features a steel-framed, stone-clad bank with stylish bright blue accents. Clerestory windows above the lobby fill the space with natural light. The exterior offers drive-through banking, parking, and green areas. Davis Brown Law Firm also occupies offices on the west side of the building.
