PAF Distribution Warehouse and Retail Space Shell (Design-Build)

Henkel Construction built this new Norwalk retail location for PAF Nutrisports using the design-build delivery method. The taller Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) space is used for racking to display nutritional products. The lower, conventionally steel-framed area is for customers to dine-in/out or drive-thru the Nutri Smoothie and Café. The blend between these two spaces gives PAF Nutrisports the ability to satisfy their customers long-term and immediate retail needs. A combination of brick with wood and metal panels clad this building. The exterior dining space addresses the street and invites people to the building.
