Anchor Housing Development, LLC selected the services of Henkel Construction to build Legacy Manor Phase I which is a 52,000 square-foot, three-story senior housing community. Phase II is very similar and is comprised of forty-eight separate two-bedroom apartments spread across the three levels. ”We’ve had an excellent relationship with Henkel Construction on both Phase I and II of Legacy Manor in Mason City. They share my concern to deliver a high quality, on time, on budget project. I highly recommend Henkel because they give me the peace of mind that the job is getting handled properly,” said Daniel Tonnesen, Managing Member, Anchor Housing Development, LLC.
Phase II was a $6.1M project which comes complete with many amenities for tenants including a beauty and barber shop, exercise room, library, media and movie room, private dining rooms, and a community room for large social gatherings. On the exterior the property has illuminated walking trails to promote healthy living options for tenants. Legacy Manor is 100% ADA compliant and handicap accessible and includes energy efficient designs and energy star appliances.
